@Jason Powell I was scrolling through to see if someone would finally mention FHA.

I like stock things haha I think you can scroll through all the images they have maybe see if it's been painted more than once haha 

Regarding pictures, I would possibly suggest there there are too many of them. 40 pictures is a lot to scroll through, and I personally find that an over-abundance of photos tend to be less helpful than helpful.

The hero section is whats going to be displayed above the fold, which is everything in plain view without scrolling.

Answered my own question/generated a follow-up question:They're located under tools > fileplace > contracts (https://www.biggerpockets.com/files/contracts/cate...)However, I can't find any way to search within the documents, they seem to be in chronological order, and I can't find a way to reorder to alphabetical, topical, etc. so it seems you have to just scroll through all fifteen pages of random documents looking for what you want: does anyone know of a better way to navigate the state-specific lease agreements?

@Kuba F. correct, i copy and paste the property into zillow, scroll down to the "neighborhood" drop down, and zoom in to see the zestimates of the surrounding houses. i love this feature. i don't see the same in redfin.
