What I like about multifamily is the splitting of costs.

Lots of posts on different companies so be sure to check out what people have said about vendors you are considering doing business with.

There are multiple cities here in Maricopa County that would allow you to house hack and cash flow.

so if you don't have family or your own contacts in a market... it's just really tough.and (i may have said this in response to one of your other posts) but i'll just restate it here.

The TAR Seller's Disclosure form also asks about “Water Penetration,” but gets a bit more specific by asking about previous flooding issues by asking you to disclose “Previous Flooding into the Structures” and “Previous Flooding onto the Property.”
