The house had been flooded, so there was some minor mold remediation that had to take place, and the house interior colors were purple on purple on purple, so paint was a must.

If you think painting the walls red and putting in purple cabinets will get you the most money out of your flip, you can do it.

If there's anything about this that's political it just means everything is going to get more pink/purple instead of red/blue as everyone mixes up.

So I've been doing this for a while and before I start a demo project I call the scrappers (if there isn't anything I want to scrap) for metal and the Purple Hearts etc to grab furniture.
