You'll likely want someone that can handle A to Z with marketing, pricing, cleaning, maintanence, decor, websites, reviews etc.

Difficult to tell from the website exactly what type of Passive Investments are available: Fixed Term or Open-Ended.

This website is a nice starting point as you are deciding on what location to choose from.
