He is comfortable right where he is right now - we have a house, we have good paychecks, he works at oil wells (Schlumberger) and he loves being outdoors (play in the mud type thing), he loves his co-workers, he has his wine hobby (he makes wine and recently started making beer), we are all healthy and, except for a not so good credit, we have no problems.

My name is Nicolas, I have make real estate investing part of my life about 1 year and half ago by reading, attending seminars, meetings and learning and since January actually started TAKING ACTION with my marketing, business plan, leads, etc etc FYI - I am suppose to close my first wholesale deal next week but it has been a tough one with an eviction - lawyers and a lot of negotiating so I can't celebrate yet!

Chuck, sorry the "mention" didn't register, I found this.Adult assisted living units are often based on population and zonning, which means it goes before a zonning board who are wined and dined by other AL operators to keep zoning restricted, if not at that point, at the licensing level, politics are always involved.Your best path with least resistance is getting with an existing owner operator and partner with them or build for them and arrange a lease.
