Silicon Valley needs to keep producing the hype to sustain its value and to stay relevant in Wall Street, if it's social media in 2010, cloud in 2015, now it's AI.

Careful not to get caught up in the hype...I personally witness some crazy bids that I didn't understand where they were coming from.

Or is it just hype?  

There's no hype, no pressure, I don't do presentations where I print out all the low comps and try to tell them "Your house is only worth $X" In addition, I wholesale deals where my profit is less than a 3% commission.

That is people investing based on market momentum and hype rather than for fundamental mathematical realities.

Though, they did not get into the "hype" of things.

Real Estate contrary to all this hype is NOT easy if you do not have the basic tools to transact business..

There are various things to consider about the BRRRR model that doesn't typically get discussed in the podcasts and articles that get everyone hyped.

I have watched what people go through getting Podio setup to their personal preference and never understood the hype with API and inbound/outbound capability.

You seem to be more deserving to be saved from the voodoo and folklore that gurus and hype dealing that most beginning investors fall for.
