I’ve spent years studying everything to do with investing in houses and then this opportunity to buy land came up and I just jumped.

Spent an hour talking to the Land Use Services Division Chief and a representative from Code Administration.

But to be fair, I have spent a great amount of time very recently trying to help another professional 20 years in experience ahead of me bail out of a mistake I NEVER would have made.

A fee well spent for some types of investors.

She spent the following month looking for a new place and couldn't believe the ridiculous rents out there.  

Way too much time spent on phone calls and on chats etcYeah it’s especially frustrating when you get the autopay all set up and then they transfer the loan to a new bank or a new servicing company takes over and it’s back to square one again.  

We spent weeks analyzing the details.
