Vacationers are starting to go back to hotels as Airbnb fees have increased and they don't want to deal with cleaning dishes on top of paying cleaning fees.We stayed in a nice vacation rental on the Oregon Coast and there was evidence that kids or homeless were hanging about when it was vacant.

Can't speak to the organization in Michigan but generally the benefits of a well run STRA far outweigh the costs.I am a property manager in Hawaii so we are constantly being hit with new anti-STR legislation and have a large, well-funded hotel lobby to deal with constantly.
