Hey Robert, 8x6 is pretty standard size bathroom to fit a tub, vanity and toilet.

Curious if anyone has had success leasing or selling them, particularly under a triple net (NNN) lease.

I'm planning on buying a small multifamily first and foremost so I have a place to live and then will either buy a single family or another multi family depending on what I can find/fits my criteria at the time.

Depending on the repair (reroof, new electrical system etc) reputable and solvent contractors can be open to being paid at closing.There are also third party companies such as Curbio that can be a fit for this situation.
