I remember back when I had my license they drummed that into our head in school that you HAD to have all title holders sign the listing agreement.

If I see a pipe sticking straight up out of the ground with a cap on it, that means that there is an old oil drum buried below.

I might understand your position if you were brand-new and trying to drum up business, trading pay for exposure and jobs, but once established I cannot fathom why you would want to race to the bottom.
