Dealers/movers definitely know what they can get, and private sellers follow suit so you'd have to be motivated/connected AND be able to move fast to find a fair deal on a decent 'newer' used manufactured in the first place.I'd probably go new 75% of the time vs what I've been able to find price wise, used, personally..

Apparently, there's been 2 drug overdoses there which included one death previous to me taking over the property and it seems that drug activity is a regular part of what goes on there.

This is a hoarding situation in and on the whole property where neighbors have complained for years with police out on a regular basis and drug use that now the property finally got condemned and they will most likely just walk away from the property and leave it( you would have to see what is outside of the house to believe it).
