I was thinking of putting the keys in a lockbox and asking the person interested for a copy of their drivers license and Credit card to make sure no damage is done to the property and keys are returned.

I just did one for Servisfirst there in Charleston.. its required along with 2 years tax's  they run  a credit report but its not the driver for loan approval or rates..

It sounds like if you own 100% of the LLC and are on the properties mortgages you are in the financial drivers seat.

*Lenders are going to be mad at me for this one* ask them what their base rate is (ask them what the par rate would be for that product if it was "borrower paid compensation").
