I am in foothills West of Denver specifically Clear Creek County and have been working on some insurance quotes after getting a cancellation for increased fire risk. 

At one point (it's been a few years since I delt with this) there was a nationwide advertiser (high ranking on Google search) that had contracted with the low cost provider in Denver and had a non-compete clause.

.- Low crime, low foot traffic- Access to restaurants, grocery and job (hospital, university, denver tech center, denver downtown)- COC ~5-6%My preferred method to buy is Sub-To, so I would like sellers (and agents) who are ready and willing to consider this.

Hi @Kelly Rao, we compete with Nomad in the Denver property management market, so I'm familiar with their business model. 

Obviously being in Denver has opportunities for upside appreciation.
