The reason is I started literally with nothing and a $25k loan from a credit card and now, along with my brother have 3 good, cash flowing businesses, residential RE, commercial RE, a country club, and stocks and other investments.

They are an engaged couple, the guy’s mother, and the woman’s brother.

I've saved up a little bit of money, and with my brother as a partner, am looking to start house hacking with hopes of investing in his and my future.

We are in Iowa (cold during winter), have a house and Teak plantation in Belize, our son and Brother both happen to be in Italy for the next few years.
