Once my tenant issue is fixed and I'm ready to re-rent, I may go with Alliance Wealth Builders (found them through Real Wealth Network). 

I've worked with a client in a very similar situation, and have spoken to many inspectors/engineers/builders, etc about things like this.

My husband has worked for one of the largest national home builders for 23 years.

1) Check with state building dept to see if they have a valid builder's license and if any negative issues with it. - PRO TIP: many builders lose their license then create new company in name of wife or other relative/friend.2) Check Better Business Bureau, but don't assume all the complaints are legit. - If there area MANY, then that is a problem.

Find a builder building a MF you might like.

Big issue is who owns the dirt your group or the builder ?  

New construction, builder preferred lender helped buy down rate, I negotiated builder to add appliances and blinds, and negotiated price.

I have talked to a builder and a home of this size (without land purchase) can be put in place with as little as $250.000. 

Builders can come in, buy inventory, evict, and build new stuff.

There are multiple planned developments currently in the works that would expand the desire for vacation homes, but as of now, we're still waiting for that to occur Hi Stetson, we are now considering building a new home. could you please recommend a spot builder in Cape Coral?
