Looking for a Property management company in St.

I will be furnishing one side for now and leasing to a mid term rental until i get a property management company that will work the property or get it leased out to students What was the outcome?

If you don’t, maybe work with or for an existing company first for awhile?

It's not an insurance company/carrier. 

One if you do not register your company as a foreign company you usually cannot file an answer in court if you are sued. 

You can reach out to the Title company and see if there are any funds remaining for dispersement, if so then ask if there is a way to make a claim to those funds.

Insurance companies want to fix it the cheapest way possible, and their goal is to minimize out-of-pocket expenses like this one.
