I'm starting to book airfare and need to plan accordingly.

Should we wait to book airfare until we know if 2 or 3 day?

Got my airfare and hotel when the dates were announced! 

No air fare-just drive to the port.

The message was clear: they are losers, you guys are winners - and you will be truly a winner if you continue the journey and finish it in Mastery level at a cost ranging from $25,000 to $50,000 (not including airfare, hotels, etc).Many more tricks of the sales trade were used during all these 3 days:1) "There are a lot of negative people" - don't listen to all those naysayers, they at best just don't know, and at worst envy you.2) showing a "success" PowerPoint slide with photos of "students" who were successful.

One more advantage, if you plan on coming back to Austin for a visit during your overseas trip your air fare and some expenses are write offs, reducing your taxes.  

That would be cheap, and you could write off the airfare and hotel room as being a business expense.  

if you could save the airfare expense and not have to personally appear by having your property manager appear that would save a great deal of the cost.
