Considering that interest rates are at historical lows, the unemployment in the metro is also very low, super low inventory and a covid 19 vaccine about to be implemented I can't imagine any sorta major distress in the market coming down the pike any time soon.

That way you can be ready to go, exchange or not.If there are no assessments coming down the pike, and no deals immediately presenting themselves I wouldn’t leap to sell an appreciating property.

Hello Ciara,I'm a property manager in downtown Seattle very close to the famous Pike St market.

If you do go with the property with the HOA you need to do your due diligence and make sure you request their financial statements, and review previous meeting minutes to see if there is anything expensive coming down the pike that will be passed on to the homeowners (you property is only as strong as your HOA).  

Again, just looking down the 'pike and am curious if anyone has any experience or insight on how this might play out.

The property has alot going for it like it have un obstructed views of pikes peak and the property across the road backs national forest.
