If there is a sale surplus you have to generally file a claim to get your share.I think there is a bunch of wasted energy on these made up idea of shock packages and whatnot.

I've been reading up a lot on single-family homes and whatnot, however, I found that in order to make the amount of money that I think I can with this amount of capital (Especially if I save it for a few years) it'll take a lot of properties (60-70 single-family rentals) in order to return the same amount it may for one or two larger multifamily apartments.

There are other ways to increase your marketing- obviously yellow letters, bandit signs and what-not - but really getting yourself out there and networking will help you out more than any other marketing campaign - unless you have the money to do a huge yellow letter campaign or something.
