Just a couple ideas to improve the website, maybe you could put before and after pictures of some of the houses you fixed up to give a visual.

It's nice and visual just as you'd expect an online app to be.  

Then I had my HVAC guy meet me at property and do a visual of furnace and water heater.

I will be removing all flooring, carpet, tile etc... so I will check the sub-floor, baseboards, lower sections of drywall etc for visual staining.
