Would you tell them they get a bonus the day of moving?

I’m still a beginner, but I understand the language for the most part.Learning how to use the “Four Square Method” and determining ROIs was a great game bonus.  

There aren't many unfinished livable basements in Phoenix....I've only seen one out of hundreds of properties that had the ceiling height to be converted to an extra bedroom or bonus room. 

The house has a bonus basement unit.

You can most likely use bonus depreciation and take the expense year one.

Also if you plan on renting to people who are on section 8 you can get a hold of the Lee County Housing Authority as they are always looking for places and they currently have a bonus (I believe it is still available) if you rent to someone who has section 8.My places up in Lewiston, Maine are almost always rented through Facebook Marketplace. 

I spent $25k on the program and it has transformed my career.

It depends on where you are too if this is worth waiting on as in some areas (higher price point markets) the ‘bonus entitlement'/2Tier for first time users of the program can be higher.
