Is it best to do tile walls with a base and glass from HD or something?

Or I could just reglaze bathroom tile and tub white so they don’t look so outdated.

I would tile the floor or lay a waterproof laminate in both areas.

It has about a 2” drop and is noticeable when doing the bathroom to the ceiling where the top tiles are not even.

So, a small bathroom remodel might be $2k plus fixtures (tub, surround, vanity, faucets, toilet, fan/light, tile, etc).

Day 2 closing you can have a functional shower if you’re glueing a pre built surround, day 4 if you’re doing tile.
