Personally I would stain or paint the concrete to set the house apart from the neighbors.

There is a white quartz at that's White granite will stain very quickly from oils and wine, so the saving might not be worth it!

Carpets were stained with cigarette burns and dog pee, it looked like in the last couple months the dogs just peed inside in every room and the tenant made absolutely no effort to clean it up, it was caked and crusting... but the carpets were over a decade old anyways so I didn't shed any tears about replacing them.

@Cara Lonsdale this is not the floor...we are going to refinish the oak hardwood in a dark stain amnd the countertop will be white quartz.

I've found more questions arising as I've hired my sons friends to work with us to install laminate in this townhome community or prep and stain a deck at that house. 

Tenants will claim stains or broken doors were like that when they moved in. 

I love acid stained concrete, I enjoy the look of it, and the easy maintenance.
