They can sell only that company's products.An independent agent can sell any brand he contracts with.

Hi @Andre Crabb  - I would find a newer (but not brand new) agent that you could pay a reasonable flat or hourly fee to for each property

You could try Zions Bancorporation which is everywhere here in in UT and operates several brands throughout the country, or US bank has branches in UT and SC.

I am brand new and never owned a home before so I want to look at as many houses as possible before I buy my first property.
