I did not pay subsequent taxes and it was sold on the next tax sale to another unsuspecting tax  deed buyer that bought it for far more than I paid for it.I was also close to buying another piece of property and i was willing to pay  over $250,000 but I found out that it was given as an easement to a conservation society

My net income now should be about 2 to 3 k a month extra off of dividends which I would probably end up reinvesting in other stock sense I wouldn’t need it and rent.I would place about 100k into dream cds to create a more safe income there.Then I would probably use 100 k to travel and give and assist lower societies and people classes and pretty much donate it but have fun doing it.Then I’ll probably use 200 k to pay off my parents debts with what they’ve done for me in my lifetime.

We live in a lawsuit-happy society - don't think for one minute that someone with an axe to grind won't sue everyone from their "mentor" to Bob Snyder and Renatus.It's interesting to note that Renatus has an A+ rating with the BBB and is *NOT* BBB "accredited" - meaning Renatus did not pay for it's rating: it EARNED that rating through it's relationship with its customers....and yes, I KNOW the BBB is a private entity and not related to any branch of the government or governmental body.

Lots of folks chase fancy cars and big houses just cause society tells us too...then they get them and arent happy because it turns out what they really wanted was freedom and those "things" keep them from being free.

It very well may be the sweetest dog in the world (I volunteered at a humane society for a few years in college, pitbulls can be the nicest dogs and great for families) but unfortunately you need to come to understand that perception is often times more important than reality.
