My rental town home got on fire because of grilling done by Tenant.

I had a vacant  unit that I was so desperate to rent out to anyone hat i literally had my property manager heading over to show it to a woman that had TWO Pit Bulls, Who was having "a hard time finding a place" that occasionally smoked (I don't have smokers in any of my rentals) and was on disability.

Multiple lease violations; everyone has pets but only one tenant has a pet lease agreement, pit bulls and other large breeds, major fire hazard with BBQ grills under the front porch roof.

The furthest is about 8 minutes from home, the closest is 3 minutes.  23 front doors, 83 beds, 60 televisions, 26 washers, 27 dryers, 30 refrigerators, 18 grills, 1500 previous renters.There is no tourism in this town; just drugs, prostitution, unemployment, crime and general misery.
