Let me clarify...you can...but then it charges the tenant double, so we have to remember to manually change it the month it needs changing (adding a reminder to a calendar for ourselves).9) No integrated calendar10) If you ever submit a help ticket, you can be assured that they will not fully read your issue and will respond w/ a canned answer which contains information you already typed in your submission.

I'm remind of the old Twilight Zone episode where the lonely guy buys a love potion for cheap, like $10.He was impressed at the exceptional value and it's powerful effect on his love interest, who doted on him and made him the object if her desire round the clock.I don't recall what the antidote cost him, but he gladly paid the old shopkeeper the astronomical price to get 'her' out of his life.Perhaps the note could be "gifted" to a competiting note buyer?

In a sense, yes, less, wear and tear.But paying rent has been a nightmare, he just never have time to pay, I send email reminders, and still it's late all the time.
