Do most landlords include refrigerators in rentals?  

Make sure the refrigerator is spotless.

Evidence of cats: smell, urine damage, scratching damage on your woodwork and on their furniture, pet hair (look under refrigerator and range and in hvac ducts and filters), broken window blinds, kitty litter box, cat food.... the cat itself! 

Thus, such property as production machinery, printing presses, transportation and office equipment, refrigerators, grocery counters, testing equipment, display racks and shelves, and neon and other signs, which is contained in or attached to a building constitutes tangible personal property for purposes of the credit allowed by section(e) Definition of building and structural components.(1) Generally, buildings and structural components thereof do not qualify as section 38 property.

Plus- The condo is being sold without a refrigerator.

If the right answer is to get rid of the range, should I assume they’re that deep into other appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator) and dispose of them as well?

I don't provide washer or dryers or refrigerators.  

My refrigerators have water & ice in the doors, for me thats a must.  

I have never seen cleaners move the stove and refrigerator and clean underneath.
