Hi, can someone refresh my mind on how the double closing work?

Biggerpockets is such a great community and it is refreshing to see a social media platform that I so positive for once.

I left the business in 2006 to become a full time mother and housewife and unfortunately did not keep up on my continuing education, so I'm a bit out of the loop and currently refreshing myself on all the new real estate laws implemented after the big housing market crash.

Purchasing with tenants is good because you have options to refresh the property when you decide that it is a good time, between tenants.

But with no more stimulus and unemployment running out (unless refreshed) then right now some surveys are saying that June will not be as good.

There is also less whitespace so it makes it more difficult on the eyes (compared to the previous Google-ish format that so many are attracted to).Also, I noticed that when you click the title link of the post, it takes you directly to the post and when you back out, it refreshes to the top of the section which is frustrating if you're buried deep in the section.

My  A units are back on the market with just a minor refresh and I don't have to take them down for a month.
