I go around and try to connect people based on what they like and in January we are starting a 30-minute speed networking where two people sit across from different people for 10 sets of 3 minutes with topics.There is another good one near me too where they do presentations and also no-pitch.

@Landon Sheveland People do fix and flips while living into the property to classify the property as primary residence and not pay any capital gain taxes. if that is your intention, don't use LLC to establish this as your LLC.If your goal is different compared to what I said above, you can use LLC.

A house is a totally different story.

Remember, cities, submarkets, zip codes, and blocks are each different.

So I can have their HQ address and add a different address for reach building they own.

Not much of difference, I would say.

You just need to accept a principle of delegation that there will always be things you would do differently then they do.

It makes rapidly growing affordable housing possible by making it profitable.
