As long as they are close in color shade , I then filter and  mix them up in a 35 gal plastic barrel which has a cut-off valve in the bottom to fill up the 5 gal buckets.By doing this, I pay average $6-$8/gal - The only thing I buy at the store is gloss / semi gloss white trim paint.

Shutters - Often times if you add some plastic $30 - $50 ( really have no clue what they cost but I know my contractors get them cheap..) shutters on either side of front windows.

I had it mentioned to me that some have to dig out and expose your actual foundation to put heavy-duty plastic, or something else I can't remember currently, over the walls and secure it - not sure on cost but that's before tuck pointing that's likely needed inside the basement as well so I would imagine this would be a more costly route.
