I would take a pause on that. 

I am pausing my Adwords ads because I managed to show up in the Google search.

So if you are outlaying cash, I would give pause because your CCR would be extremely low.If you are wanting to live in one, build equity, etc that is a completely different animal.

If a $5,000 down payment is giving you pause I would pass.

Years ago he started (then paused, now actively pursuing again) tearing down existing building and building a 21 unit building on it.

Otherwise, hit the pause button for a bit until you get more money together to buy a property. 

Get rid of them ASAP, tell them the truth, tell them a lie or just say you want to pause and come back to it later.
