I don't know if he took the proper precautions and tested the pressure on the water pipes before he purchased nor do we know if he just let this bill just pile up after watching a significant jump.

It's worth going to the seminar to try and pickup on the free information however it's ultimately a high pressure sales scheme where you will be forced to make a choice to invest a large sum of money with a lot of unknowns.

You spray it on the wood with a 2-gallon sprayer and let it sit for a an hour or so and then spray the wood with a pressure washer.

@Jason Crain   agreed  that was my point if the investing public held strong to the 2% rule and rents being fairly static as they are  especially in some markets were there is huge amount of rental inventory and actually some downward pressure on rent rates... values would just really never change much...

This minimizes the inconvenience of the existing tenant (no need to irritate them even if they are moving out), saves you time, and puts a little pressure on the prospective tenants to submit an application since others are there at the same time.
