Prairie Village will have Shawnee Mission schools, which are fine.On average, Brookside is probably going to have the oldest houses, followed by Waldo, and then Prairie Village.

@Gary ParkerStart with Premier marketing and move out from there.the reason is the work force that works the boiler rooms are full of young mentors that are fresh off of their missions and are used to rejection and are really great at the up sell. they get blasted on the phone and they move to the next one.. these are your mentors that are with you for the year.. their cubes are full of notes pinned up with their information that they will impart on the Students.

@Darren Mesibov if you're talking about your company's business plan, it could be as simple as a strong mission statement; what do you do, how do you do it, what makes you better than the competition, etc.

Overall, I think you should analyze a variety of factors that align with your investing mission to ensure your goals are being met...rather than a superficial number like "per door CF." ...but if you had to pin it down: $285+ is a good target.
