I'm currently in the middle of getting my Real Estate Agent license and hope to have it done by end of year.i was studying my Law of Contracts material and i came across the rule (537.11) that states that agents must use TREC promulgated forms in a transaction unless the license holder (me) is acting SOLELY as principal or the principal (client) requires use of another contract and/or one prepared by an attorney.

I dont like the following::Busy street, lots of steps, next to commercial or industrial, houses on either side are in very poor condition, very high taxes, certain construction styles and materials, on street parking, being far from transportation or main highways.These ideas above are just a few but the main ones.

This is cheap with battery-powered materials, if your local code allows it, significantly more expensive with hard-wired models if your local code doesn't allow them.
