I distribute my leads to those who have certain skills, Pete runs my junk property leads on the city, KS will, interview my county leads, Gopal works on my commercial leads, Chuck will interview and make offers on Harford county leads.

Waiting to pick up the next one.Prices in my area skyrocket, meaning I'll need at LEAST 30k to buy another rental.So, I look around and find nothing.I find Bigger Pockets.They do an interview with a guy (I don't have it handy which episode), and he has something like 1,000 units or something like that.

So Google is your best friend.There are also other small brokerage like Keri Shull Team that I've heard good things about, but it's best if you solidify a list of questions to ask and compile a good 4-5 brokerage of different sizes to interview.

Interview some contractors and after choosing one, schedule a time to walk through the home with a contractor to get a better estimate.Have the home inspected.
