Many prospective buyers don’t want to pay large mortgage payments on a home listed at market value and they know enough about home renovations that they can rehab it themselves and have exactly what they want in a home and can have a small payment on it if it is purchased this way.

@Dave Harlan They have an amazing product but your better off using a mortgage broker with a great reputation for customer service because they offer wholesale pricing advantages to their brokers and the only complaints I've ever heard about them have come from service issues on the retail side.

If you don't have much money, then invest your time and energy.Putting a second mortgage on your home to buy a turnkey property is a horrible idea.
