Maybe a  good idea to have a reputed and vetted attorney to draft and execute it.Partnerships can sometimes have misunderstandings even among close friends

We have a very good relationship with the owners however, if we didn't use them, I'd use Welcome Home Milwaukee or MKE Leasing as both get rave reviews from fellow investors and also am friendly with the owners of both.
