Hey guys I own a duplex..just found out about the sanitation summons from March 1, as per lease the tenant is responsible but how do I know which tenant...I spoke to both and both said they always obey the rules of sanitation department...I was thinking to ask both to chip in...but I don't want to blame innocent one  What would you do??

And if you do, you required to have the test done and submit the results to the department of public health. 

@Greg Grant Numbers look good, but sounds like you could be in for some major challenges in the tenant and property management department, EVEN if you hire a PM. 

However, I have been trying to contact their investor relations department and can't get through.
