I am looking at a commercial property for redevelopment. 

Why can't you start with some smaller residential or small multifamily commercial properties to get your feet wet, show proof of concept and possibly try to take on larger deals.Or possibly find a local syndication group and become an employee under them learning the trade and finding a mentor in the space.

Regarding whether or not the license is good for networking- I only find it good for networking in the commercial real estate industry, not residential.

So far we have just done SFR homes, but looking to eventually work up to small commercial projects (multi-family, storage, hospitality).

@Gi'angelo BautistaJust update: We found that we had to use commercial insurance instead of residential insurance.

I have experience flipping houses, and working with investors on residential and commercial projects.

It will be hard to find another area and or investment property (commercial or residential) that out performs professionally themed rentals near Disney.

I'm in the car wash business currently, but am a serial commercial investor and any commercial investment that makes sense and is ready to close soon is good.

Although I hold a brokers license and have for 45 years, I operate exclusively in the commercial arena.
