Look for an investor friendly realtor who understands what kind of return you are looking for, a real estate attorney to set up your LLC and make sure you have a well written lease as well as an accountant that you are comfortable with.

I can't imagine why someone would feel comfortable renting a storage space for their vehicle with Neighbor, when there is a chance that the vehicle will be towed during its stay, and that the customer would be on the hook for the towing charges.
