Tile flooring

If the market will pay $xxx for a new tile floor then thats what you try to get.

I would like to get most of the construction done before I move in .I don't like the look of it now and am just trying to decide if it's going to be worth spending the $ to have that walk in shower look with New tile. 

Projects on my list include:Re-staining hardwood floors & kitchen cabinetsInstalling tile back-splash in kitchenChanging master half bath to a full bathUpdating fireplacesPlease send PM or email me.

I tile my kit and baths, and sometimes upgrade my cabinets if I thing I can raise the rent a few bucks or rent it faster (less vacant time)NOW you can hold the PM accountable if they can not reach their potential rent goals and you can get a good team player to boot-

its gotten ridiculous running from home depot and occasionally lowes multiple times a day with my little sedan, especially when i need loads of drywall and pallets upon pallets of heavy ceramic tile.having spent virtually all my capital on the house and now the rest in materials, would be lucky to scratch up a few thousand to finally invest in the much needed pickup i've decided i really need to complete this job, before i go bankrupt. credit/auto loan aint an option cuz i recently maxed out my cards and have been settling them for less than full once they go to collections. i could not bring my truck with me from nyc months ago when i moved to the west coast and left it with my parents for them to use or sell. they sold it.what are some recommendations for a good used pickup truck suitable for a DIY flipper as well as a landscaper in socal. i've also turned down enuf landscape jobs already cuz i dont have a truck these days.help!

That clay drain tile is garbage.But now that everything is pvc, there is no way I'm buying that you're going to replace copper every 20 years.

Such as missing roofing tiles, sagging ceiling, cracks in the foundation etc.  

Tile in all common areas!

Replace kitchen & bath countertops with either quartz or granite (remove existing tile)4.
