Unless, of course, you subscribe to the Buffet school of thought and get excited when you see "blood in the streets."

It just is what it is.. some tenants simply wont have the money and you cant get blood from a rock..

Like i said in the first post....i've literally had every last drop of blood drained out of me from this.

You never know how your heirs will turn out and it is your blood, sweat and tears after all.

You will make $ but it will be blood $.

Also, San Marcos is on HWY 35 which is the blood line for people leaving the north as they retire.  

On top of that I was diagnosed with blood cancer in Sept 2021 and continued to live in a different primary residence to be near proper medical care. 

It's deep in the blood, my father had the same sickness himself.But I'm not on here telling people my life is sunshine and roses when it doesn't rain and champagne and caviar when it does. 

To be blunt, what you are looking for... is what nearly every other investor is looking for, hence why multifamily in the Raleigh-Durham market has been really overvalued as of late.Originally I was looking for MF as well but pivoted after exhausting myself running numbers and trying to get blood from a stone, I think the saying goes.
