If I can successfully file a compliant to the property Taxes and separate out the Stoves, Refrigerators, Dish Washers,  Air conditioning units.  

Also they can't test the air conditioner at any temp under something like 45* F.

Apartment buildings can be one story or multi-story, include two through dozens of living units, and may provide services such as clubhouse facilities, laundry, fitness center, swimming pool, and playgrounds.Property exposures are from the electrical wiring, heating, air conditioning, cooking and plumbing systems.

Oh, I forgot to mention I had to have the attic aired with fans.

I have a property I just (yesterday) spent $1800 on putting in a filtration system to remedy bad water.

Also had central air installed this week; we thought about putting this off until spring, but with the mild weather this winter, we feel we got a pretty good deal by installing it now ($2,400 for the C/A unit, install, and new thermostat, and $200 for the electric work).The only major project left is the kitchen perimeter countertop; we’re still debating over laminate vs. granite, but we already have some showings scheduled for next week so we have to make a decision quickly.

Per the mitigation firm, the mold is contained to the crawlspace, with no indication it is in the living space.Environmental Services said that he feels that the home is safe to stay in since the mold is 1) in the crawlspace, 2) there is a plastic tent over the access trapdoor, 3) the furnace is not located in the crawlspace, 4) the mitigation company has established negative air pressure in the crawlspace 5) as well as using anti microbial treatments and 6) water remediation efforts.I consulted with a real estate attorney.
