They don't ask for any proof of the accusation. 

Somebody wanting to sue for you backing out of a bad deal or accusing you of selling them a property with defects like unknown termite damage).

If they don't get along with their neighbors (or neighbors confront them about noise or disorderly conduct), they will text you with a frivolous accusation about the tenant in question.

I learned the note-taking trick from a school teacher who protects himself from any potential child/parent accusations with journals on each child.

The fact that you accuse me of being negative and using “psychological” analogies in describing investing , just shows you are an emotional investor.
