I think he said it was 15 minute slots (could be wrong, don’t really remember).I didn’t think it’d be worth my time so I didn’t sign up. 

Be flexible and don't act the role of shark.

This particular endeavor made me realize that along with alot of good people, there are also quite a few sharks circling the waters ready to take advantage of someone.

I have a Shark steam mop that works well.  

Pick one hour slot on Saturday and Sunday, so you are not there all day.

-There are some Lead Paint Sharks operating in the city so getting a Lead Free cert is a good idea (this doesn't completely shield you from liability in MD, but it is a deterrent to nuisance law suits).

I don't need to provide AC for our units, but if you do in smaller units where a through the wall slot exists this can be more economical. 

Most people wash out because it's not easy and the sharks find them. 

Property shark has some listings for those that want to look for places to fix up to flip or buy and hold.  

Also, if you are purchasing properties on the MLS, your cash flow margins are likely razor thin.
