I am running into the same issue where the agents came recommended and promote that they work with investors, but do not seem motivated to find properties or when it comes to getting details on properties and putting a deal together.

This is not a minor problem, even though several currency promoters have been claiming for years that it's "just about to be fixed".

Just heard yesterday that Oceanpointe is either changing names or adding an alternate management company: URBAN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INC.Morris is also promoting his new management company: BLUE SKY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLCSame people, different names.

Apparently my PM never adj. the rent amount after 2 weeks and just let my property sitting on the market without doing anything to try to promote the rent.

This sounds like a perfect fit for the "new" Airbnb algorithm, where they seem to promote the unusual stays at a premium over the traditional. 

I'm also looking at Wells Fargo's non-owner HELOCS...They have a 1&3 yr fixed-rate promotion but has amortized principal payment (not interest only) and requires full-doc.     

The problem with this activity of trying to take away and shame people that have more is that so much of our country heritage was based upon free enterprise and not some sort of socialist or welfare mentality that so many people are trying to promote.
