As long as they are close in color shade , I then filter and mix them up in a 35 gal plastic barrel which has a cut-off valve in the bottom to fill up the 5 gal buckets.By doing this, I pay average $6-$8/gal - The only thing I buy at the store is gloss / semi gloss white trim paint.

This last two years the Wholesalers here have polluted every street corner in town with the 1x2' white plastic signs on the ground with their ads for all kinds of houses for sale for cash...investors special...fixer upper...house with mother-in-law apt...you name it.

I had it mentioned to me that some have to dig out and expose your actual foundation to put heavy-duty plastic, or something else I can't remember currently, over the walls and secure it - not sure on cost but that's before tuck pointing that's likely needed inside the basement as well so I would imagine this would be a more costly route.
