I had a similar situation in Mexico and Ecuador.

Not to get off topic, but I flew to Lajitas a few times (border of TX and Mexico) and one time ended up off course...not good when you're near the border of Mexico.

Rich mentioned Utah so I may have to look into that market this year.I have been looking at Memphis but my wife is reluctant and I have read some negatives on that market.Does anyone here invest in New Mexico?
