You wouldn't expect to play in the NFL the first time you pick up a football, but for some reason a lot of new investors think they're going to get the same returns as the experts.

Bottom line:  for anyone in the know at all  the MOrris pitch was pure fantasy and feel good none of it was true.. its was all just a big web of lies spun by professional actors..

I have a Google voice # but it is being used for a radio talk show I host (fantasy football show, if anyone is interested) and I tried to get a new google voice number but I cannot because the phone number is being used for my radio show.

I am not sure how this deal is structured if you have to provide the 2 bath per unit or not or if you could make the other 3 units 2 bed etc; in a fantasy world I would make my unit a 3/2 and make the other units 2/1.
